MIC & Associates has launched last week in Bucharest a new venture in the medical field under name of Minovici Medical Center. The new clinic caters to Romanian and international patients suffering from diabetes, heart disease and other related medical problems. Minovici Medical Center has 45 employees, including 12 doctors, 20 nurses and 35 beds. This endeavor is meant to establish a long-term presence in Romania in the healthcare industry that will culminate with the building of the Minovici Medical City, 300 million euro investment. The elaborate structures will include a large hospital complex, a five-star hotel, a university campus for residents and medical professionals, a sumptuous conference center and a housing development to accommodate over 300 doctors, medical staff and their families.
Projected to open in late 2015, Minovici Medical City reunites key US leaders and players in the medical world, construction, integration, engineering and specialized equipment with names like General Electric, Honeywell, Perkins +Will, Syska, Siemens and others.
