Stefan Minovici, the President of MIC & Associates met with President Obama on May 13th, during the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in New York City. President Obama would like to see more US investment and closer ties between the US and Romanian business communities. The dinner gala was attended, among others, by Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House and by Congressmen Gary Ackerman, Mike Arcuri, Tim Bishop, Eliot Engel, John Hall, Brian Higgins, Maurice Hinchey, Steve Israel, Nita Lowey, Carolyn Maloney, Mike McMahon, Greg Meeks, Scott Murphy, Jerry Nadler, Bill Owens, Charles Rangel, Jose Serrano, Paul Tonko, Ed Towns, Nydia Velazques and Anthony Weiner.
