Stefan Minovici, President of MIC & Associates, opened the Raytheon stand at the “Black Sea Defense Aerospace 2007″ event, that took place between April 24-27 in Bucharest, Romania. He received Romanian Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu as well as Romanian Defense Minister, Theodor Melescanu.
